Theron Hypolite – Chief Executive Officer, Delta1 Security

Theron Hypolite is the founder and CEO of Delta1 Security, bringing over 25 years of experience in law enforcement, investigations, and security management. He began his career as an Investigator for the New York City Housing Authority, where he served for five years before transitioning into corrections leadership roles with the Montgomery County (MD) Department of Corrections and the City of Atlanta Department of Corrections.

A graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a major in Criminal Justice, Mr. Hypolite has dedicated his career to building safer communities and high-performing security teams. His expertise includes developing comprehensive security procedures, managing operations in high-stakes environments, and cultivating disciplined teams that deliver exceptional protection and service.
